4. The Applicant shall maintain the Sculpture Park in good condition in accordance with <br />the property maintenance requirements of the City of Sunny Isle Beach. <br />5. The Applicant shall donate one of the art sculptures to the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />upon the removal of the sculptures from the Sculpture Park. <br />6. The Applicant shall remove or secure all sculptures in the Sculpture Park if directed <br />to remove or secure said sculptures due to hurricanes or any natural emergencies. <br />7. The Applicant shall apply for site plan approval for the development project to be <br />located at 17141 Collins Avenue within six (6) months of approval of this <br />Resolution. <br />Section 4.
