WHEREAS, Calvin Giordano and Associates, Inc. has expressed its ability and desire to <br />provide these services subject to the terms and conditions contained within the Third Amendment <br />to the Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to approve the Third Amendment to the Agreement with <br />Calvin, Giordano, and Associates, Inc., to provide final design and final permitting services for <br />the completion of the Pedestrian and Emergency Vehicular Bridge, in an amount not to exceed <br />Three Hundred Four Thousand Ninety -Five Dollars and Seventy -Five Cents ($304,095.75), <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", bringing the total amount not to exceed to Nine Hundred Six <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty -Six Dollars and Fifty Cents ($906,836.50). <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approving the Third Amendment to the Agreement. The Third Amendment to the <br />Agreement with Calvin, Giordano, and Associates, Inc., to provide final design and final <br />permitting services for the completion of the Pedestrian and Emergency Vehicular Bridge, in an <br />amount not to exceed Three Hundred Four Thousand Ninety -Five Dollars and Seventy -Five <br />Cents ($304,095.75), attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", be and the same, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. Authorization of Maw The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
