Building Department Fee Schedule I-004 The maximum fee for a Certificate of Use and Occupancy provided that no violation exists at time of C/O When there is a change of use, business ownership or name the fee shall be the original fee listed for the use proposed No refund shall be made of fees paid for use and occupancy permits.
