Building Department Fee Schedule commencing any proposed work in the common elements, at no additional cost to the applicant. K. PRE-PAYMENT FEES FOR REPAIR PERMITS IN CONDOMINIUM UNITS K-001 K-001.a K-001.b K-001.c Condominium Associations who provide service, maintenance, and/or repair of equipment inside each condominium unit, and who utilize licensed contractors to perform such work, may pre-pay the costs of repair permits on an annual basis. This pre-payment option includes the following work inside the units:  Repair to any part of an A/C unit, where removal and reinstallation of the existing equipment is required. (New equipment installation and/or replacement is not included in this agreement)  Electrical work required due to reinstallation of an A/C unit.  Replacement of a garbage disposal  Replacement of a Water Heater Total Cost of annual pre-payment fees for repair permits including Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing permits shall be calculated based on the total number of units in the condominium times the fee. For individual trades the annual pre-payment fee shall be calculated based on the total number of units in the condominium times the fee as follows: Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Note: Individual permit(s) for each unit where repair is to be done as described in this section must be obtained, prior to commencing work, at no additional cost to the applicant. $70.00 $50.00 $25.00 $25.00
