Her practice <br />focuses on state and federal banking litigation matters including but not limited to, lawsuits involving the <br />False Claims Act (FCA), Real Estate Settlement & Procedures Act (RESPA), Regulation-X (Reg-X), Truth <br />in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), <br />Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), title litigation and foreclosures.
