<br /> <br /> <br />GATEWAY PARK CENTER <br />ITB # 19-01-01 <br />TGSV Enterprises, Inc.- 1301 W. 68th Street – Suite A – Hialeah, FL 33014 <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> TGSV DEBRIS DISPOSAL PLAN <br /> <br /> <br />All work areas will be clean, organized and kept in an orderly manner, especially during the course of <br />construction, alteration, or repairs of a project. <br /> <br /> <br />• All forms of scrap, waste materials, and debris will be kept clear of the work area, including <br />passageways, stairs, exits, emergency evacuation routes, and in and around buildings or other <br />structures. <br />• Two dumpsters will be provided at designated area of site. One will be for regular (non-recyclable) <br />construction debris. A second will be for recyclable material. <br />• Waste Management (or whomever provides the debris hauling services) will provide monthly <br />recycling totals for the project for record keeping. <br />• A gravel truck wash area will be provided at the construction exit to ensure all debris is cleaned <br />and properly secured prior to trucks entering the public streets. <br />• Scrap and debris shall be removed at regular intervals. A safe means of disposal is provided by <br />the “Maintenance Area” will be provided. <br />• All solvent waste, used oily rags, and combustible trash will be stored in fire resistant, covered <br />containers until removed from the work site by authorized environmental company. <br />• When materials are dropped outside the perimeter area of buildings or structures, an approved <br />method of containment such as raised dump truck or dumpsites will be used. <br />• Special care should be taken at all times to protect individuals and property from injury or damage <br />as a result of debris being dropped from any height. <br />• All materials, supplies, and equipment shall be arranged in an orderly fashion to eliminate <br />congestion that would contribute to tripping or falling hazards and interfere with work performance. <br />• All protruding nail, staples, and spikes in scrap or used must be removed or backed out as soon as <br />possible after use. <br /> <br />• Do not store or leave items on stairways. <br /> <br />• Do not block or obstruct stairwells, exits, or accesses to safety and emergency devices, such as <br />fire extinguishers or fire alarms. <br /> <br />• Straighten or remove rugs and mats that do not lay flat on the floor. <br /> <br />• Carton, rugs, plywood and/or any other material cannot be used in the mezzanine floors; it will <br />prevent water from reaching other areas in case of a fire. <br /> <br />• Return tools and cleaning supplies to their storage places after use. <br /> <br />• Use caution signs/cones to barricade slippery and wet areas.
