As we marked ZOM’s 40th anniversary year in 2018, Shanon and his team further <br />evolved our brand and designed and published a commemorative limited-edition coffee-table book <br />celebrating our accomplishments in commercial design. The publication included a series of custom <br />illustrations, commissioned art, and historical photographs offering a glimpse into our company’s story <br />and inspirations. The excellence that <br />Shanon and his team continue to bring to ZOM raises the bar on everything from ideation and strategy <br />to design and development across our branded content. <br /> <br />Over the last decade, Shanon and his team have worked with us to strategically market luxury <br />multifamily and mixed-use development investment opportunities throughout the US for capital <br />funding. He works hand-in-hand with our in-house teams to conceptualize and design venture <br />opportunity and construction financing collaterals that have been instrumental in securing financings on <br />ZOM’s multi-million dollar development projects, including a Class-A high-rise at Miami Worldcenter, <br />America’s second-largest mixed-use urban development – the biggest building project in Florida and <br />Miami history, and also Solitair, a 50-story Class-A luxury multifamily high-rise adjacent to Brickell City <br />Centre.
