Larimer & Co. was selected by The Bove Company and <br />Parkway Properties as the Agency of Record for The Helix at Lake Mary -- a 300 - <br />unit, $60M Class A resort -style multifamily community nestled on 16 -acres in the <br />heart of Lake Mary's Wellness and Technology Park — a 153 -acre, $750M mixed- <br />use master -planned community. Shanon and his team conducted extensive <br />demographic and historical research to provide the naming, theming, overall <br />identity, creative strategy and brand messaging from concept through <br />completion. They also worked to provide historically relevant street names for <br />the development that appealed to community stakeholders and city officials. The <br />extensive research far surpassed our expectations and even educated us on some <br />of the history and highlights of Lake Mary, while adhering to the guidelines we <br />provided for the vision of our project. <br />Given the success of the branding of The Helix at Lake Mary, we have discussed <br />enlisting Larimer and Co.'s services for the naming and branding of the entire <br />Wellness and Technology Park. The 153- acre park houses Orlando Health, with <br />plans for a hotel, assisted living, office space, and residential space.
