ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS <br />The following organizational assessment was prepared for Aspire <br />Health Partners, Inc. (Aspire) and addresses three core areas of <br />development to raise Aspire’s visibility and promote Aspire Hospital’s <br />new wing. <br /> <br />1) Aspire Hospital Perceptions & Recommendations <br /> (Site Inspection & Patient Experience) <br />2) Proposed Marketing Plan & Timeline <br />3) Collateral Material Review <br /> <br />It is important to note that while there are several opportunities for <br />improvement at Aspire, the goal is progress, not perfection. In <br />context, it should be noted that while there needs to be focus placed <br />on Aspire Hospital, it is only one of 40 programs offered that should be <br />reviewed and assessed. The marketing plan, timeline, and collateral <br />review are designed to synergistically address the needs of both <br />Aspire Health Partners and Aspire Hospital. <br /> <br />The statements, findings, conclusions, and recommendations are <br />those of Larimer & Company, LLC, and do not necessarily reflect the <br />view of Aspire Health Partners or its alliance partners.
