ASPIRE HOSPITAL REVIEW & RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Site Inspection & Patient Experience <br />Following is a facility review of Aspire Hospital and the patient experience. The suggestions <br />presented here should be used to address the physical location for both Aspire employees <br />as well as the patients. The patient experience should be identical in quality of service in <br />both the front entrance and receiving areas. Currently, there is a clear distinction between <br />the two as the front entrance is much more clean and maintained than the receiving area. <br />The majority of our recommended changes are environmental and can be accomplished <br />with minimal budget outlay. It is recommended to address the following items prior to the <br />grand opening of the new wing.
