Section L Approval of Second Amendment to Agreement. The City Commission hereby <br />approves the Second Amendment to the Agreement with Development Counsellors International <br />(DCI) for Public Relations Services for one year, in an amount not to exceed Forty -Two Thousand <br />Eight Hundred Dollars ($42,800.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A ". <br />Section 2. Authorization of Maw The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Second <br />Amendment to Agreement. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4.
