RESOLUTION NO. 2019- .200C-- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br /> OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE <br /> REQUEST SUBMITTED BY A3 DEVELOPMENT, LLC <br /> ("APPLICANT") TO PLACE TWO (2) TEMPORARY BANNERS <br /> AT THE ESTATES AT ACQUALINA PROJECT LOCATED AT <br /> 17901 COLLINS AVENUE; SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br /> CONDITIONS; PROVIDING THE CITY MANAGER WITH THE <br /> AUTHORITY TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO <br /> EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, A3 Development, LLC located at 17780 Collins Avenue, submitted an <br /> application to the City of Sunny Isles Beach requesting to place two (2) temporary banners for the <br /> approved Estates at Acqualina project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to approve the request to place two (2) <br /> temporary banners on the tower wall for the Estates at Acqualina Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br /> CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Approval of Temporary Banner. Pursuant to Section 265-14 of the Code of the City <br /> of Sunny Isles Beach, the City Commission hereby approves the request submitted by the <br /> Applicant, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2. <br /> Pp <br /> Section 2. Conditions. The Applicant is required to obtain all necessary permits for the <br /> installation of two banners and such banners must be installed according to plans submitted with <br /> this application. The banner cannot be relocated and/or replaced without prior approval from the <br /> City Manager.The banner must be removed from the tower no later than one year from the approval <br /> date unless an extension is provided by City Manager or designee. <br /> Section 3. Authorization of the City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do <br /> all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution <br /> Section 4. Effective Date.
