Staffing <br /> <br /> Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel <br />of subcontractors, that will be assigned to this project and experience and <br />qualifications of subcontractors. <br /> The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to <br />the management contract can be drawn. <br /> The composition of the staff team should include an account <br />manager/representative, print associates and technicians, graphic designer, <br />digital and press printing operator, production/ print services technician, and <br />machine operator and all other staff required to fulfill the needs of this proposal. <br /> The names and credentials of the employees in the area responsible for this <br />contract and their function in the company. <br /> The name and credentials of the person who will be responsible for the <br />coordination of work. <br /> Experience and qualifications of staff and satisfactory record of performance of <br />staff. <br /> <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks. <br /> Overall organization to completing the project. <br /> Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines listed in section 3.3. <br /> Service delivery approach and contingency plans in the event of emergency or <br />disaster. <br /> An explanation of the proposer’s approach for quality assurance. <br /> <br />5. Cost of Services <br />Each firm shall submit in their price proposal and any pricing conditions or contingencies <br />must be clearly stated along with the submission of Attachment A. <br /> <br />6. Samples <br />Up to seven (7) samples of projects the business has completed that demonstrate the <br />business’s product diversity and competence in completing the projects required of this <br />proposal. These samples must be accompanied by the client information, including the <br />name of a contact person who can act as a reference, a description of the nature, size <br />and complexity of the project and the agreed fee arrangements. <br /> <br />The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the <br />Proposer's ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work under the <br />contract as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
