County Code and state law for serving on the Committee. The City Manager or designee shall <br /> create an application process for the selection of Committee members. The City Commission <br /> shall appoint applicants from the application process created by the City Manager or designee. <br /> Additionally: <br /> (a) Should any appointee resign during the term of the Committee, the Commission, <br /> by majority vote, shall select another appointee. <br /> (b) Members shall be appointed to serve for a two-year (2) term, but that term may be <br /> renewed as often as desirable. <br /> (c) Attendance Policy: The City's attendance policy for members of boards and <br /> committees provide that, if a member fails to attend three (3) duly noticed <br /> meetings of such groups without being excused for good cause, the member may <br /> be removed from his or her seat automatically. A board member or committee <br /> member may not be removed from his oril her seat unless the City Clerk certifies <br /> that the member has failed to attend three (3) duly noticed meetings. Committee <br /> duly noticed meetings of the board and committees include regular scheduled <br /> meetings and any special meetings. The' City Commission finds that personal <br /> illness, family emergencies, military l absences, family weddings, family <br /> graduation exercises, and bona fide business and vacation trips constitute good <br /> cause for nonattendance at a duly noticed meeting. <br /> Section 3. Re-Appointment of Committee Members.: The City Commission hereby approves <br /> the following re-appointments to the Public Arts Advisory Committee for calendar years 2020 <br /> and 2021: <br /> Name Title <br /> Jesse Cukierkorn !Member <br /> Diane Drabkin Member <br /> Fabio de Oliveira Member <br /> Javier Rabinovich Member <br /> Patricia Finchelman i Member <br /> Dr. Carla Hozebin iAlternate <br /> Section 4. Annual Reporting Requirements. The Committee shall provide the City <br /> Commission with a report regarding the activities of the Committee, as deemed necessary or <br /> appropriate by the City Commission, from time to time. <br /> Section 5. Rules of Procedure. The Committee shall be governed by the Rules of Procedure <br /> that govern the City Commission, and subject to Florida's Sunshine and Public Records Law and <br /> Financial Disclosure requirements. <br /> Section 6.
