(FINLEY) is pleased to submit our qualifications for the Engineering and Architectural Services <br />for the Pedestrian Bridge with Park Elements Across A1A at 174th Street CCNA. Our specialty experience in Bridge Design and <br />Constriction Engineering endows our team with a deep understanding of the importance of creating a safe and beautiful crossing <br />that is both unique and cost-effective. Aesthetics will be applied in strategic areas to enhance the structure’s beauty while mitigating <br />unnecessary costs. Our Team understands that the City of Sunny Isles Beach (the City) desires this new bridge to be more than a <br />crossing: this bridge will be a signature and iconic bridge for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />FINLEY has assembled a Proven Team of Specialists with extensive bridge experience with the FDOT to provide innovative <br />solutions within the full scope of services required by the City, including architectural, structural, traffic, landscape and irrigation, <br />geotechnical, surveying, mechanical, electrical and lighting, plumbing, and environmental. Proving the team’s recent and relevant <br />experience, FINLEY and our key sub-consultants are currently finalizing the US27/SR25/Okeechobee Rd and SR826/Palmetto <br />Expressway Interchange in Miami, Florida for the FDOT District 6. <br />FINLEY, a leading signature bridge design firm recognized nationally and internationally for its expertise in complex bridges and <br />quality award-winning projects will be the prime, and will be responsible for the design of the bridge as well as the overall project <br />management and coordination. <br />Hanson Professional Services, Inc. (Hanson) brings in-depth experience in planning, design, and construction phasing services <br />for thousands of complex roadway and street projects for local and state government clients, and will be the sub-consultant to <br />FINLEY responsible for the roadway, civil, drainage, traffic, utilities and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). <br />ACAI Associates, Inc., (ACAI) will support FINLEY as the sub-consultant for Architectural Services, bringing to the team <br />a specialized local knowledge of the area and providing support for architectural design drawings, permitting, codes, and <br />communication between local agencies. <br />Calvin, Giordano and Associates (CGA) will serve the team as a sub-consultant to FINLEY for the Landscape Architecture, <br />contributing knowledge of similar landscaping projects in the same area. <br />Finally, our sub-consultants Manuel G. Vera & Associates, Inc. (M.G. Vera) will provide the surveying services required by this <br />project, HR Engineering Services (HRES) will provide geotechnical engineering services, and TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) <br />will provide MEP and Structural Engineering services for this project.
