Ordinance No. 2020-552 was adopted by a roll <br /> call vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> Vote: Commissioner Goldman yes <br /> Commissioner Lama yes <br /> Commissioner Viscarra yes <br /> Vice Mayor Svechin yes <br /> Mayor Scholl yes <br /> 10. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Authorizing <br /> the Chief of Police,in Accordance with the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984,and <br /> in Accordance with Section 932.7055,F.S.,to Expend Partial Forfeiture Funds from the <br /> Department of Justice (DOJ) and Law Enforcement Trust Fund (LETF) for Costs <br /> Associated with the Acquisition of Law Enforcement Accreditation and Miscellaneous <br /> Community Policing Items and Charitable e Contributions,in an Amount Not to Exceed <br /> $62,000.00; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: CityClerk Betancur read the title, and Police Chief Snyder S yde reported. <br />• <br /> Public Speakers: None. <br /> Vice Mayor Svechin moved, and Commissioner Goldman seconded a motion to approve <br /> the resolution.
