• <br /> • <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> 'THE CITY OF SUNNY.ISLES BEACH AND AZULEJO, INC. <br /> CONTRACT NO. 7053-034 <br /> This First Amendment to the Agreement between the CIT';OF SUNNY liS ES BEACH <br /> ("City")and AZULEJO,INC.("Contractor"),executed this j ftday of )1 a yc` ,2020' <br /> is made a part of the original Agreement between the parties dated March 19, 2019, Contract No. <br /> 7053-034 (the "Agreement"), and the City and the Contractor hereby agree to amend the <br /> Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Pursuant to Section 20(E) of the Agreement, <br /> the City hereby wishes to amend Section 2 of the Agreement("Services")to include an additional <br /> five(5)bus shelters for relocation and refurbishing, as more particularly described in Exhibit"A", <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> • <br /> 2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. Section 4 of the Agreement is hereby <br /> amended to include additional compensation for the Additional Services in an amount not to <br /> exceed Seventy-Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($75,125.00), bringing the <br /> total contract amount not to exceed One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty- <br /> Five Dollars ($195,125.00). <br /> 3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically <br /> modified herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
