FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLESBEACH AND <br /> PERKINS&WILL ARCHITECTS,INC. <br /> CONTRACT NO.C1415-087 <br /> This Fourth Amendment-to the Agreement between the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES <br /> BEACH("City" and PERKINS & WILL,ARCHITECTS, INC. ("Architect"), executed this <br /> day of , 2020 is made a part of the original Agreement between the <br /> parties dated August 21, 2015, Contract No. C1415-087(the "A reement ),and the City and the i <br /> Architect hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Pursuant to Section 1.3 of the Agreement, <br /> the City hereby wishes to amend Article 3 of the Agreement ("Architect's Basic Services") to <br /> include coordination with the Department of Transportation ("FDOT") and other regulatory <br /> agencies having jurisdiction over Collins Avenue for Civil Engineering and Architecture; cost <br /> estimate and formatting with FDOT; concept design and restart from Schematic Design to <br /> incorporate comments and to retain cost estimating consultant for Schematic Design Cost <br /> Estimate; and wind modeling; all as more particularly described in Exhibit "A", which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. Article 2 of the Agreement is hereby <br /> amended to include additional compensation for the Additional Services in an amount not to <br /> exceed One Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($183,850.00), <br /> bringing the total contract amount not to exceed Three Million Fifty-Five Thousand One <br /> Hundred Fifty Dollars($3,055,150.00). <br /> 3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically <br /> modified herein,all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS. The terms, requirements, and provisions <br /> contained in this:Fourth Amendment shall prevail and be given superior effect and priority over <br /> any conflicting or inconsistent term; statement, requirement, or provision contained in any other <br /> document or attachment, including but not limited to the Agreement. <br /> [REMAINDER OF PAGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK] <br /> E � <br />
