WHEREAS, on November 12, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an

<br />WHEREAS, on November 19, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br />additional seven (7) days, until November 25, 2020; and
<br />WHEREAS, on November 26, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br />additional seven (7) days, until December 2, 2020; and
<br />WHEREAS, on December 3, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br />additional seven (7) days, until December 9, 2020; and
<br />WHEREAS, on December 10, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br />additional seven (7) days, until December 16, 2020; and
