<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 252.38(3)(a)5., F.S., political subdivisions have the power and
<br /> :authority to declare a state of local emergency for a period of up to seven (7) days, which may be extended
<br /> -as necessary, in seven(7) day increments;and -

<br /> ' :WHEREAS, on Marrch 19, 2020 the City Manager extended.the Declaration of Local Emergency '
<br /> for an additional seven.(7) days, until=March 25, 2020;and

<br /> WHEREAS, on March 26, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency
<br /> for an additional seven (7) days, until April 1, 2020; and
