1 ADDENDUM # 2 DATE: Tuesday, July 28, 2020 TO: ALL PLANHOLDERS FROM: Purchasing Administrator BID NO.: RFQ 20-07-01 Continuing Professional Consulting Services (CCNA) SUBJECT: Addendum No. 2 BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 2:30 PM Please attach this addendum to the documents in your possession and include the Acknowledgement of Addenda form with your response incorporated with the Request for Qualifications. Revisions: (Note: Deletions will be indicated by strikethrough, additions will be indicated with bold font): Q1. Will there be a pre-bid meeting/conference for this RFQ? A1. No. Q2. Section 2, 2.1 mentions Architectural, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering among other professional services. Does the city anticipate a need for Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection Engineering? A2. This will be covered under the Architecture category as a sub-consultant to the Prime or within the Architecture Firm. Q3. Does the city know how many firms will be selected for each of the disciplines mentioned in Section 2, 2.1. A3. No, we do not have a minimum or maximum number for firms per category. Q4. Under Section 2.6 – “The successful firm must have a minimum of five (5) years business experience….” Question: Does the five years infer five years as a registered company or LLC, or experience in running a business? A4. The firm must have a minimum of 5 years in their respective discipline. Q5. Under Section 2.6.1 – “….the firm shall possess at minimum one of the following licenses….” State of Florida Surveying and Mapping license is not listed. Question: Was this license omitted from the list in error? A5. The firm and/or individual needs to be registered in the State of Florida to qualify and engage in the practice of surveying and mapping under this contract.
