The Perkins and Will team has expert
capabilities in project leadership and
management of project schedules and
budgets. Our firm invests in training, mentoring
and professional development of our project
team members building on past project
experiences.
We have developed a solid track record in
completing projects on time and on budget.
Jose Bofill, Project Manager, will manage the
adherence of all parties to the overall project
schedule and budget, resolving any identified
scheduling and cost issues in a proactive
manner seeking support and solutions from the
entire multidisciplinary project team if required.
The deep resources of our firm allows
us the ability to allocate additional and
supplementary team members when required.
Client Satisfaction Record
Perkins and Will has initiated a Total Quality
and Feedback Program driven by Firmwide
Leadership (CEO’s office). The program is
used internally to learn/adjust and is part of
our performance management program. The
questions are brief and simple and are targeted
to key dimensions of project team performance.
It is sent from the CEO, is confidential, and is
administered at least once a year. For smaller
projects, at the end the project and for larger
projects at the end of key phases, SD, CD and
project completion. Results from the survey are
tied to our internal performance management
process/system and incentive compensation
system and when needed corrective actions,
throughout the course of a project (if any
key attribute of team performance is below
expectation) - are taken.
Mary Brickell Village
Streetscape and
Landscape Improvements,
Miami, Florida↑Performance Record
26
