From ideation through implementation, our public projects are informed by physical context and listening to the people who will inhabit the spaces we create them for. For this reason, we take the time to think about how spaces are choreographed not as linear expressions of space, but as cinematic experiences that unfold. We are guided by our individual and collective experience designing. Perkins and Will has been actively involved in the City of Sunny Isles Beach for nearly 10 years and longer with my own personal experience. During that period, we have designed thew new Government Center Annex project and the Pedestrian Bridge which we hope will become part of the indelible fabric of the City. Perkins and Will agrees that at all times during the term of the Agreement it shall maintain in good standing all required licenses, certifications and permits required under federal, state and local laws necessary to perform the services.
