Current Certificate of Insurance <br />Attached please find our firm’s sample Certificate of Insurance, reflecting the limits of our standard policies. All limits meet <br />or exceed those required. (Our standard limit for Professional Liability coverage is $2,000,000 per claim/$2,000,000 in the <br />aggregate. Please note, however, that we can meet higher per claim limits and will issue a certificate verifying this upon project <br />award). Because our policies are written to include additional insured status based on a final, signed contract (which is the <br />industry standard), we can issue a comprehensive, project-specific Certificate of Insurance, with City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />afforded additional insured status, where appropriate, upon project award.
