CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) NO. 20-07-01 5 City of We assure that during the term of the Agreement, we shall maintain in good standing all required licenses, certifications and permits required under federal, state and local laws necessary to perform the services. Firm’s current workload: Based on our history, experience and staff availability, RADISE foresees no issues in meeting the City’s schedule or demands for the Services. We have full-time, local staff including multiple professional engineers, numerous field and lab technicians, drillers, inspectors and support personnel. RADISE has the available personnel, equipment and processes in place to successfully and cost competitively perform the work required by The City. We do not anticipate the current workload to affect our ability to achieve The City’s goals for this contract. Availability of Key Staff and Resources CCLLIICCKK BBUUTTTTOONN It is a priority for RADISE to provide outstanding support to the City throughout the Contract. We are aware of the importance of providing responsive service and are committed to providing the necessary resources to ensure that all assignments are completed to the satisfaction of the City. Many of our staff have been involved with projects for the City and its vicinity. RADISE has seasoned local expertise, including a full work force staff of over 70 engineers, field and laboratory technicians, drillers, quality assurance experts, inspectors and administrative support staff. We will provide The City with experienced, accessible and responsive Project Management. Ability to Mobilize Quickly RADISE has cultivated a reputation of compliance to schedule and budget, while providing high quality services. We have extensive experience and a proven 20-year history of successfully mobilizing quickly and efficiently as needed. We accomplish this by assigning additional skilled staff, additional shifts around the clock and, if needed, utilizing our 2 certified labs for additional capacity. We have well organized staff power and equipment to ensure all The City’s projects timeframes are met. Moreover, RADISE develops and applies several proprietary engineering software tools including our powerful QA/QC project management tool known as the QMS System (QMS) CCLLIICCKK BBUUTTTTOONN. The QMS is a powerful state-of-the-art web-based application and data management tool that we provide complimentary to our clients. The first of its kind in the industry, it was developed to minimize human error in the QC checking and reporting processes. Our QMS software is a significant differentiator for Public Sector programs requiring a robust QA/QC tool.
