Resume <br />Maser Consulting <br />GREGORY STEVENS, PE <br />Project Manager – Geotechnical and Materials Testing <br />Services <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Stevens has over 14 years of experience in the <br />geotechnical/materials testing/inspection profession. Mr. Stevens has <br />managed geotechnical design projects, managed pavement <br />exploration programs, and supervised regional laboratory operations <br />for various laboratory and geotechnical design continuing services <br />contracts. He has been responsible for the supervision, management, <br />quality assurance/quality control, and contract negotiations on <br />numerous transportation projects/contracts. Mr. Stevens has <br />organized and executed geotechnical explorations, performed <br />geotechnical analyses and designs, prepared technical reports, <br />supervised laboratory operations, and maintained project <br />budgets/managed invoicing. <br /> <br />Mr. Stevens’ geotechnical analyses and design experience includes <br />shallow and deep foundations, berm stability, transportation, land <br />development, forensics, sinkholes, ponds, laboratory management <br />and pavement coring. He is well-versed in industry software such as <br />FB-Deep, L-Pile, Settle3D, Geoslope Suite (Seep/W and Slope/W), <br />Allpile, and SigmaPlot. <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Manatee County (Florida) Continuing Services Contract (2014- <br />2019) – Senior project Engineer for geotechnical exploration and <br />evaluation, and Responsible Engineer in Charge of QC testing <br />(Construction Materials Testing - CMT) – Served on multiple projects <br />for varying purposes and roles for the County.
