Mauricio Betancur, CMC, City Clerk City of Sunny Isles Beach RFQ 20-07-01 August 18, 2020 Our in-house professionals have the experience and training to perform this work and if selected, will be committed to providing skilled personnel, in a responsive manner, for the duration of this contract and will fully comply with the requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications. Maser Consulting warrants and represents that at all times during the term of the agreement for this contract, we shall maintain in good standing all required licenses, certifications and permits required under federal, state and local laws necessary to perform the services for the proposed categories. Aimara Diaz La Rosa, PSM will be the primary point of contact with the City. Based in our Miami office Ms. Diaz, with more than 20 years of experience, will manage all surveying and mapping tasks. For the geotechnical tasks, Gregory Stevens, PE, with more than 15 years of experience, will serve as project manager. As the lead Project Manager, Ms. Diaz La Rosa, will also be supported by the following Florida licensed professionals: John Liptak, PSM; Denis A. Denis, PSM, PE; Jose Morales, PSM; Michael Cardo, PSM; Michael Ehrhart, PSM; Robert Wyatt Altman, PSM and John Walton, PE. Our resident surveyors and engineers will be complemented by a highly qualified office support staff consisting of CST certified technicians; survey, subsurface utility and geotechnical field crews; and the latest in technology resources to meet any and all demands this contract may require. Maser Consulting commits that we have the necessary resources and expertise to successfully complete each assigned task for the categories we are proposing. In addition, we have the capacity and capability to perform the additional work associated with this contract with the City. We will maintain a high level of support to the City throughout the duration of the contract and the key staff included on our organizational chart have sufficient time available to complete their assignments in a timely, cost-effective manner while maintaining quality standards. With over 100 survey and geotechnical employees in Florida, Maser Consulting pledges to the City that all project assignments will receive appropriate resources to fulfill schedule and budget requirements. Careful and affective project management allows our current staff and company workloads to be adjusted within established schedules for each assignment, assuring that current workloads will not impact any project assignment. Maser Consulting is dedicated to meeting MBE procurement goals. To assist us in our geotechnical field services, we have included an MBE subconsultant, RADISE International, L.C. We plan to utilize them to perform soil borings, field testing, and other geotechnical support services. Within this proposal you will find our certifications and qualifications for this contract.
