Mauricio Betancur, CMC, City Clerk <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />RFQ 20-07-01 <br />August 18, 2020 <br />Our in-house professionals have the experience and training to perform this work and if selected, will be <br />committed to providing skilled personnel, in a responsive manner, for the duration of this contract and <br />will fully comply with the requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications. Maser Consulting <br />warrants and represents that at all times during the term of the agreement for this contract, we shall <br />maintain in good standing all required licenses, certifications and permits required under federal, state <br />and local laws necessary to perform the services for the proposed categories. <br />Aimara Diaz La Rosa, PSM will be the primary point of contact with the City. Based in our Miami office <br />Ms. Diaz, with more than 20 years of experience, will manage all surveying and mapping tasks. For the <br />geotechnical tasks, Gregory Stevens, PE, with more than 15 years of experience, will serve as project <br />manager. As the lead Project Manager, Ms. Diaz La Rosa, will also be supported by the following Florida <br />licensed professionals: John Liptak, PSM; Denis A. Denis, PSM, PE; Jose Morales, PSM; Michael Cardo, <br />PSM; Michael Ehrhart, PSM; Robert Wyatt Altman, PSM and John Walton, PE. <br />Our resident surveyors and engineers will be complemented by a highly qualified office support staff <br />consisting of CST certified technicians; survey, subsurface utility and geotechnical field crews; and the <br />latest in technology resources to meet any and all demands this contract may require. <br />Maser Consulting commits that we have the necessary resources and expertise to successfully complete <br />each assigned task for the categories we are proposing. In addition, we have the capacity and capability <br />to perform the additional work associated with this contract with the City. <br />We will maintain a high level of support to the City throughout the duration of the contract and the key <br />staff included on our organizational chart have sufficient time available to complete their assignments in <br />a timely, cost-effective manner while maintaining quality standards. With over 100 survey and <br />geotechnical employees in Florida, Maser Consulting pledges to the City that all project assignments will <br />receive appropriate resources to fulfill schedule and budget requirements. Careful and affective project <br />management allows our current staff and company workloads to be adjusted within established <br />schedules for each assignment, assuring that current workloads will not impact any project <br />assignment. <br />Maser Consulting is dedicated to meeting MBE procurement goals. To assist us in our geotechnical field <br />services, we have included an MBE subconsultant, RADISE International, L.C. We plan to utilize them to <br />perform soil borings, field testing, and other geotechnical support services. <br />Within this proposal you will find our certifications and qualifications for this contract. Our Miami office <br />will be the responsible office for this contract.
