BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. has been working with <br />Forman Industrial Land, LLC since 1987, for the filling and <br />land development of Dimar Rock Pit. For 20-years, Craven <br />Thompson has measured quantity and progress of fill placed. <br />We have prepared Volume Quantity Survey’s based on historic <br />as-builts (hydrographic survey’s) and based on a design fill <br />plan in order to provide the Client with the required fill <br />placement for development. <br />Craven Thompson has also prepared hydrographic survey(s) <br />for this project, utilizing a maned john boat with Seafloor <br />Systems Sonar-mite echosounder, with Trimble RTK GPS <br />equipment, to obtain horizontal/vertical positions and depths. <br />We recently acquired a new Seafloor Systems HyDrone-ASV <br />R/C (remote-controlled) catamaran platform, developed for <br />hydrographic survey applications. The Hydrone-ASV paired <br />with our existing Sonar-mite and Trimble RTK GPS equipment <br />allows us to obtain hydrographic data in areas not easily <br />accessible by a maned boat. <br />Consultant Fees: Hourly fees over past twenty (20) years. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
