BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Craven Thompson prepared a topographic survey of SW 190th Avenue, from one hundred (100) feet south of SW <br />49th Street, to the north edge of pavement of Griffin Road, approximately 1,215 linear feet in length. The survey <br />consisted of the existing twenty (20) foot wide of platted right-of-way, and a minimum of thirty (30) feet west and <br />twenty-five (25) feet east of the existing right-of-way, for locations and topographic elevations. At the <br />intersections of Griffin Road and SW 49th Street, the locations included up to one hundred (100) feet east and <br />west of each intersection. The survey met all of the current surveying requirements of the Board of Professional <br />Surveyors and Mappers of the State of Florida, as defined in Chapter 5J -17.050 - .052, Florida Administrative <br />Code. <br />▪ The survey included the finding or <br />establishing of the survey control <br />monumentation for the existing right- <br />of-way, and adjacent properties, in <br />order to tie all improvement to. <br />▪ The location of all above-ground visible <br />improvements including pavement, <br />slabs, fences, signs, overhead wires <br />and utility features, within the limits of <br />the survey. <br />▪ Existing trees three (3) inches in <br />diameter and above, at four (4) feet <br />above ground, were located and <br />identified with diameter and common <br />name. <br />▪ Elevations were taken on an <br />approximate one hundred (100) foot <br />grid on natural ground, and on all <br />pavement, slabs, and utilities within the site. <br />▪ Rims, inverts and pipe sizes will be measured on all sanitary and drainage structures. <br />Consultant Fees: $10,900.00 <br /> <br />25.
