REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 20-07-01 <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TAB F: FIRM REFERENCES AND SIMILAR WORK COMPLETED <br /> <br />Nova Southeastern University - SW 36th Street <br />Davie, Florida <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Description of Work: <br />SW 36th Street was designed as a two (2) lane divided <br />boulevard from College Avenue to SW 76th Avenue within a <br />75-foot public right-of-way width. The project consisted of <br />roadway, roadway drainage, utility and <br />landscape/hardscape improvements to SW 36th Street in <br />Davie, Florida. The existing roadway section was <br />approximately 22’ wide and was expanded to 25’ wide. SW <br />36th Street was designed as a two (2) lane divided <br />boulevard from College Avenue to SW 76th Avenue within a <br />75-foot public right-of-way width. The roadway was raised in <br />order to comply with SFWMD criteria. The improvements <br />included roadway design and reconstruction, <br />stormwater/drainage piping and structures, water <br />distribution mains, coordination with franchise utilities, <br />landscaping, pavers, pavement, sidewalks, fences and other <br />miscellaneous items.
