BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Craven Thompson & Associates was selected <br />by the City to provide surveying, civil design, <br />landscape architecture, permitting, bid <br />assistance and construction services for the <br />Nob Hill Soccer Club in the City of Sunrise. The <br />site is located west of Nob Hill Road and south <br />of Sunset Strip Blvd. The project scope <br />included the following major elements: <br />▪ Removal and replacement of three (3) <br />existing soccer fields <br />▪ Drainage improvements and synthetic turf <br />for Fields 1 and 2 <br />▪ Drainage improvements and Bermuda <br />grass for Field 3 <br />▪ Addition of new toddler playground at SE <br />corner of existing community building. <br />▪ New shade structure, safety surface, fence <br />and access to existing adjacent playground at <br />Nob Hill Elementary School <br />▪ Refurbishment of the existing aluminum & <br />concrete perimeter fence <br />▪ ADA compliance improvements for the overall <br />site <br />▪ Landscape improvements including <br />addressing any deficiencies from the original <br />site plan approval. <br />Construction Cost: $3,674,490.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
