Construction Cost: $120.559.00 <br />More specifically we prepared the following: <br />▪ Prepared a topographic survey of above ground <br />improvements up to 2’ beyond the edge of pavement. <br />▪ Prepared roadway resurfacing and pavement marking <br />plans. <br />▪ Prepared Engineers' Cost Opinion for the proposed <br />improvements. <br />▪ Prepared technical specifications for inclusion into the <br />City’s Bid package. <br />▪ Prepared Bid package and assist City in bidding the <br />project. <br />▪ Miscellaneous coordination with agencies, franchise <br />utilities, and/or City. <br />▪ Construction services, including periodic observation of <br />the work to document conformance with specifications <br />and drawings. <br />▪ Provided construction permit close-out with Miami-Dade County. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
