<br />Craven Thompson data was collected by a Unique ID. Craven Thompson provided the City with a copy of the updated
<br />geodatabase with all the proposed data fields to be collected for review. The GIS data collected consists of: Structure
<br />type (junction, inlet, control structure, drainage well): Pipes, Culvert and Outfalls, and Headwalls and Seawalls.

<br />Certificates for the lobby, restaurant and hotel tower structures.

<br />This survey included the location of all visible fixed improvements between the north edge of pavement for
<br />Commercial Boulevard, north to the back of the existing parking lot. The area surveyed was from the east edge of
<br />the west entrance to Northridge Shopping Plaza. He also prepared a sketch and legal description for the “Leased
<br />Premises” lands surveyed, based on the final limits, as approved by the City.

<br />is occupied by the improvements to the Plaza. The sketch and legal will be used as an attachment to the Revocable
<br />License Agreement prepared by Broward County. The Revocable License Agreement facilitated the planned
<br />improvements within the right-of-way.

<br />Project Surveyor - The survey limits of this project are described as the full rights-of-way of Las Olas Boulevard and
<br />Southeast 3rd Avenue, at their intersection in downtown Fort Lauderdale, together with seventy-five (75) feet north,
<br />south, east and west of the edge of curbs at the intersection. The survey includes all of the aboveground visible
<br />improvements within the survey limits. The topographic survey includes the recovery of enough boundary and right-
<br />of-way corners to tie down the aboveground visible improvements (i.e., sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs, structures,
<br />pavement, trees, slabs, and utility features).
