ENGINEERING YOUR SUCCESS 14 <br />SECTION EQUALIFICATION INFORMATION & ASSIGNED PERSONNEL <br />CONTINUING SERVICES EXPERIENCE <br />OCI has been providing Continuing Services to clients for <br />over twenty years and they have ranged from K-12 School <br />Districts, Higher Education Institutions, local Cities and <br />Counties, in addition to numerous Federal agencies. We <br />have been fortunate to provide this service both as a Prime <br />Consultant and as a Subconsultant to Architectural firms, <br />Design-Build entities, and partnering Civil and Structural <br />engineering disciplines. Currently OCI has 33 Continuing <br />Service Contracts. <br />We have designed more than 500 projects for our <br />Continuing Service Clients ranging from HVAC retrofits, AHU <br />replacements, lighting upgrades, ITS improvements, and <br />plumbing and fire protection renovations under $2 million. <br />In 2019, our team designed 196 projects with 43 of these <br />being under a Continuing Service Contract. OCI has been <br />fortunate to have worked within a wide variety of building <br />types from classroom buildings, central energy plants, sports <br />and athletic fields, municipalities, airport terminals and <br />hangars, correctional facilities, federal offices, healthcare <br />centers, parking garages, and more. The contracts typically <br />range from one to five years with the option for extensions, <br />allowing OCI to continuously renew our contracts with our <br />clients. <br />Our team is well equipped to handle the challenges that <br />come along with continuing service type projects including <br />budget requirements, space restrictions, and accelerated <br />timelines to accommodate occupied buildings. Continuing <br />Service projects make up between 35 - 50% of our everyday <br />business and typically require a good understanding of the <br />building, maintenance concerns, with long term plans for <br />improvements and energy reduction working alongside <br />Facilities. <br />FINANCIAL STABILITY <br />OCI has been established for 33 years providing MEP/FP/IT/AV <br />engineering and commissioning services. OCI Associates, Inc. <br />annual gross revenues for the past 3 years are $26 Million. <br />WORKFORCE <br />OCI is fully staffed with over 75 professionals, each with <br />a diversity of education and experience, throughout our <br />11 offices. This talented and experienced staff is a well- <br />integrated group with several of our team being LEED-AP <br />accredited.
