D Project Approach and Understanding WE 4 UNDERSTANDING OF THE CITY'S NEEDS, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES Terracon has well established, proven geotechnical and environmental engineering capabilities, resources and expertise to successfully perform these services for the City of Sunny Isles Beach (City) and is committed to perform the work in a timely manner with a high degree of care and skill to meet, and exceed, your expectations. We have performed these exact services for other local municipalities for more than two decades, and we understand the types of projects that will arise from the referenced contract. We are committed to performing the work for you within the required time period(s) and have a strong track record of providing on-time deliverables across our service lines. By anticipating project requirements and adapting to challenges, we will make it easy for the City, its staff, and consultants to work with us. For projects large and small, single- or multi -site, you can rely on consistent, accurate, and timely results. Project Management Approach: Delivering the City Quality and Value Terracon's approach is centered around our vast experience gained from servicing this and other similar projects, as well as our extensive resources. The Terracon Team has the expertise and resources to provide the day-to-day support for all of the City's projects and initiatives. Our approach to each project will involve: Establish Clear Project Objectives and Benchmarks. We will work closely with the City and other stakeholders to establish short-term and long-term project objectives and milestones, as needed. This may involve using electronic and online technology, a Terracon trademark, to create low cost consulting solutions and to provide real time information portal for the City and other stakeholders to monitor and react to during our projects. We will strive to deliver new ideas. Regular Communication and Team Meetings. Our constant communication with the City's team and Departments involved in ongoing project efforts and the project stakeholders will ensure our flexibility and proactive response to changing and new City needs. Deliver the Necessary Resources as Needed (Budget Controls). Provide qualified personnel and resources capable of performing the required tasks both onsite and in our offices. Terracon is able to adjust to fluctuations in manpower demand and acceleration.
