Qualification Information and <br />Assigned Personnel <br />Continuing Professional Consulting Services <br />Request for Qualifications No. 20-07-01 <br />2-Civil Engineers <br />Past Record Project Experience <br />Continuing Professional Services Contract <br />City of North Miami, North Miami, FL <br />City of North Miami Continuing Professional Services Contract – Scope: Planning and design projects <br />from water, wastewater and drainage to roadway and studies including the AWAI recertification with the <br />EPA which is currently ongoing. Contract Term and Amount is 5 years with a maximum of $200,000 per <br />task work order. <br />•Task Order: 112119-COMB AWIA 2018 Compliance <br />Project Task 1 Risk and Resilience Analyses – services <br />included the creating and updating of project <br />schedules, data request forms, verified completeness <br />of data request forms, verified completeness of <br />PARRE data entry and report, ERP breakdowns of <br />budget and scope. <br />•Task Order: Ross Engineering, Inc. is performing a risk <br />assessment and resiliency analysis for the City of North Miami’s drinking water system in order to <br />certify the City’s potable water system with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). As part of this <br />work, Ross has performed multiple workshops in person and virtually using Microsoft Teams with the <br />key City staff. Coordination includes items such as vulnerability, resilience and longevity of the overall <br />water plant and its distribution system. After the Risk and Resiliency phase completes, Ross will assist <br />the City in creating an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) which describes strategies, resources, plans, <br />and procedures the City can use to prepare for and respond to an incident, natural or man-made, that <br />threatens life, property, or the environment. Incidents can range from small main breaks or localized <br />flooding to large scale hurricanes, system contamination, <br />among other examples. <br />•City of North Miami Basin #5 Drainage Improvements – Ross <br />Engineering, Inc. was responsible for the best management <br />practices for water quality and flood mitigation for 7 city <br />streets with problem areas. We performed the analysis, <br />design and permitting for two drainage wells on NE 14th <br />Avenue, a stormwater pump station on 136th Ave (FLYGHT <br />PUMPS) with a 7.5 HP pump and 400 LF of force main. <br />Additionally, Ross analyzed and designed a 15 HP pump <br />station with force main on NE 142nd Street. <br />Page 12
