<br />order to analyze the site’s existing condition. Drainage report will be provided to Jackson with recommendation and cost estimate for proposed

<br />of work for this project included new administrative offices, student services, labs, new art wing, music room and black box theater, new cafeteria
<br />building, technology labs, and an indoor and outdoor dining facility adjacent to a central courtyard. The proposed phased project also included
<br />drainage, water, fire line and gravity sanitary sewer system design and constructions and other miscellaneous upgrades throughout. Phase 1 of the

<br />Modeling software was used to analyze the site’s pre-condition and post condition with respect to new proposed grading. The drawdown for the

<br />Ms. Poudel assisted the Project Manager with the design the wastewater collection and transmission system and improve the potable water
<br />distribution system to the commercial and industrial parcels along the North Basin, north of NW 22nd Avenue. Ms. Poudel assisted with the plan
<br />and profiles of the wastewater system in civil 3D. This design included 11,500 linear feet of new 8” and 12” sewer main, 850 linear feet of force
<br />main, and 5,800 linear feet of 8”, 10” and 12” watermain along NW 22nd Ave. All the residents in that area will be required to abandon their
<br />existing septic systems and connect to the new sewer lateral that will be designed for each house. Through this new project, each property will be
<br />provided a new 6” sanitary sewer lateral, new water meter and water service that is connected to the new mains in the street. Const. Costs: $8.5M
