Project Approach and Understanding <br />CURRENT WORKLOAD <br />Prior to presenting this qualification statement, our <br />Principals reviewed the anticipated scope of work <br />under this contract to determine the allocation <br />of our company resources should we become the <br />successful consultant. <br />UES’s staff and resources provide maximum <br />flexibility to meet our clients’ scheduling needs. The <br />nature of our work requires us to typically provide <br />services on an expedited basis. Our typical back-log <br />is made up of many short duration assignments and <br />therefore our workload varies on a weekly basis. <br />Furthermore, long-term contracts are of indefinite <br />quantity making workload dependent upon <br />individual work orders, and difficult to predict. <br />UES’s workload capacity is strategically managed <br />to enable us to respond successfully to emergency <br />situations and fast-tracked projects. Based on <br />prior experience, we believe that our present and <br />future workload capacity is more than adequate to <br />conduct the required services for this contract in a <br />prompt (timely) and efficient manner. <br />COMMITMENT TO AVAILABILITY <br />UES prides itself on maintaining a local, available, <br />and responsive team. We are confident of meeting <br />the project schedules. <br />We are committed to exceeding your expectations <br />and will always plan for enough capacity to <br />meet your project needs, both anticipated and <br />unanticipated. Our staff has the commitment and <br />availability to fulfill this contract successfully and <br />is also willing and able to work nights, holidays, <br />and weekends as necessary. Our firm has the <br />staff available to respond effectively to multiple, <br />varied, and often simultaneous task authorizations. <br />Regardless of the number of authorizations, <br />complexity or size, UES has been able to <br />consistently deliver all projects on or ahead <br />of schedule. <br />Our Miami office and local key personnel <br />within the company will remain easily accessible at <br />all times, and the project representatives will stay <br />well informed of the status of ongoing progress. <br />During field activities, Senior and Staff Professionals <br />will be performing regular site visits to verify the <br />continuity of the work plan.
