<br />Panama City Beach Renourishment Projects (Panama City Beach, FL)
<br />Senior Coastal Engineer/Project Manager. Ms. Brenner supports the Bay County TDC for the beach nourishment
<br />projects in Panama City Beach. She assisted with hot-spot identification and design of the 2017 project, developed
<br />construction plans and specs, and provided construction management services. She currently manages engineering
<br />analysis for post-construction annual monitoring and is assisting with coordination for a federal repair project.
<br />Senior Coastal Engineer/Project Manager. Ms. Brenner supports Delray’s Coastal Program including: public outreach
<br />events, assisting in securing state and federal funding, annual physical monitoring surveys and engineering analyses,
<br />coordination with USACE regarding storm impacts/repairs, a sand search investigation, leading a multidisciplinary team
<br />to design/permit improvements at Atlantic Dunes Park, and preparing for the City’s 6th Beach Renourishment in 2021.
<br />Senior Coastal Engineer/Project Manager. Ms. Brenner managed the 2019 truck haul nourishments for Clam Pass Park,
<br />North Park Shore and Park Shore. She prepared construction plans and technical specifications to bid the project and
<br />supported the County through construction with permit compliance, reviewed contractor submittals and pay applications,
<br />participated in weekly progress meetings, and certified the project construction as the Engineer of Record.
<br />Senior Coastal Engineer. Ms. Brenner performed construction observations and attended progress meetings as a Senior
<br />Coastal Engineer during the 2019/20 truck haul renourishment. Approximately 171,400 cy of sand from an upland mine
<br />were placed within the berm and dune using truck haul methods. Ms. Brenner observed material quality and placement
<br />activities and provided construction observation reporting.
<br />Senior Coastal Engineer/Project Manager. Ms. Brenner is leading a team to design and permit a multipart dredge and
<br />disposal project for the County that will increase the capacity of their sand trap and perform maintenance dredging of the
<br />ICW and an adjacent boat channel. The team collected bathymetry and sediment samples and is performing engineering
<br />analyses on 3 dredge areas to determine what material will be placed in each of 4 disposal areas.
