(RAI) and their consultants wish to express their interest in providing Continuing Professional Consulting Services to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, for the above referenced RFP. RAI was established and incorporated in 1990 and is based in Coral Gables, Florida. We provide a full range of services ncluding, though not limited to: Architecture (New Construction, Renovations, Alterations, and Additions), Interior Design, Space Planning, Code Reviews and Assessments, Review and Interpretation (expert witness), ADAAssessments, Construction Management, Rehabilitation/Re-purposing of Existing Structures, and Facility Planning. We have recently successfully completed many projects to other local governmental agencies via Continuing Services Contracts within the last 5 years and beyond. Agencies with whom we hold current and past Continuing Services contracts are: • CITY OF CORAL GABLES • MIAMI DADE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS • MIAMI DADE COLLEGE • CITY OF MIAMI • DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AFFAIRS Complete Basic A/E Design services for these projects have included everything from development of master plan strategies, conceptual design including Facilities List, preliminary schematic site plan (and phasing plans, as required), schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and closeout. Our team is uniquely positioned, and clearly understand [he scopes of work that will be required for your projects, to provide design services to the City of Sunny Isles Beach due to of our extensive experience/expertise with this type of continuing contract and because our firm's principals are the experienced design and construction professionals who understand the importance of proper administration in ensuring that all the city's needs are met and that projects are completed within budget and in a timely manner. One element that makes us unique is the wealth of experience and knowledge that we have gathered throughout our 30+ years is held by the Principals, Lourdes Rodriguez, AIA and Miguel A. Rodriguez, FAIA. And although staff might change from time to time, the team leaders and Architects of Record have not. One of our highest praises has come from the Educational entity that we have been working continuously with for the last 30 years, MDCPS, where Mr. Victor Alonso, R.A., ECO Sustainability Officer noted "the firm (RAp is reliable, professional, responsive to the owner's needs and has been a valuable source when researching market conditions, code requirements, and any other question we may have."This is an indicator, that at RAI, we are at the forefront of today's educational pedagogy and materials, construction, and processes.
