<br />sheet piling, MSE Wall control drawings, joints, bearing plates and waterproofing systems among others. Responsibilities also included

<br />EOR in charge of the preparation of an Engineering Analysis Report (EAR) required for the presence of non-structural deck cracks
<br />found in the structure after the completion of partial concrete deck replacement. Analysis involved site inspections, analysis and
<br />recommendations following the requirements of FDOT Specifications 400-21.4 and 400-21.5. Responsibilities also included Load
<br />Ratings to allow heavy equipment to be carried by the bridge as well as a temporary work platform at Pier 26. Construction Cost: $6M

<br />Structural EOR for the construction of a two level 8,500 square foot area at the Lightspeed Facility in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
<br />The two level structure will be built within an existing building and is designed to support mechanical equipment at the mezzanine level
<br />and to provide accommodations for the staff responding to 311 and 911 calls. The proposed supporting frame are steel columns and beams
<br />supported on concrete foundations. The roof is supported by steel joists. Construction Cost: $1M.

<br />Structural Engineer assisting with the structural inspections for multiple Local Government owned Bridges. Activities included the Bridge
<br />Inspection Report preparation using BrM and BMS for 20 bridges with multiple owners including, Miami-Dade County, City of Miami
<br />Beach, City of Homestead and Miami-Dade Transit. Bridge types ranged from CIP slabs, pretressed slab units and steel configurations
<br />all supported on pile foundations. QA/QC of load rating reports to confirm that rating values were accurately reported in BrM. Fee: $70K.
