The project consists of the construction of a new pedestrian bridge over State Road No. 826 Westbound. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions within or in close proximity to the pedestrian bridge to enable an evaluation of foundations for the construction. TSF’s geotechnical field study included SPT borings. Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical evaluations and recommendations regarding foundation, bridge, pile monitoring and construction considerations regarding excavations. Completed on time and within budget.

A TSF Senior Engineer provided review of daily reports, handled project coordination and attended meetings as necessary. Completed on within budget.

The project consists of a single-story cultural pavilion encompassing an area of approximately 9,200 square feet, walkways and associated site work. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation of acceptable foundation and pavement systems for the construction. Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical recommendations regarding, site preparation, foundations, floor slab, utilities, and construction considerations regarding excavations. Completed on time and within budget.

The project consists of a single-story Transfer Station Building, with wall heights in excess of 45 feet. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable a preliminary evaluation of an acceptable foundation for the construction. Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical evaluations and preliminary discussions regarding floor slab and utilities. Completed on time and within budget.
