Costs <br /> <br />Project Dates: November 2016 <br /> <br />Key Individuals <br />Involved: <br />Ignacio Serralta, P.E. <br />Jean-Claude Fontaneau, EI <br /> <br /> <br />Project Description: <br /> <br />SRS Engineering, Inc. provided civil engineering services for <br />the preparation of a sanitary sewer master plan which includes <br />obtaining information on existing sewer systems, developing a <br />conceptual master plan which includes layout of proposed <br />sewer systems and estimated costs of projects. <br /> <br />Services included general project management which included <br />attending City meeting with City of South Miami staff to <br />establish project guidelines and requirements, additionally <br />attended meetings with MDWASD. Additionally, we gathered <br />all available data by performing site visits and reviewing <br />available utility records, MDWASD sewer atlas and as-build <br />drawings. The preparation of the conceptual master plan <br />includes 12 subarea master plans, design conceptual layout <br />plans, determined if pump station and force mains are needed, <br />scheduled and attended meetings with the City to submit and <br />review the Master Plan layouts plans and conceptual designs. <br />Preparation of project cost estimates, calculated quantities, <br />etc. <br /> <br /> <br />90
