Federal Highway, Suite 300 <br />Boca Raton, FL 33432 <br /> <br />Re: 120 Giralda Ave, Coral Gables, Florida <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Schwarzberg: <br /> <br />We are pleased to submit this proposal for Concept Design services for the referenced project. <br /> <br />This document shall constitute the agreement between Owner and Architect, by and between Maven Real Estate, a Limited <br />Liability Company. hereinafter referred to as “Owner” and Burton Hersh, PA, a Florida Professional Association, hereinafter referred to <br />as “BHPA”. <br /> <br />I. Basic Services as set forth in the attached Schedule of Services and Fees. <br /> <br /> <br />II. Additional Services: <br /> <br />A. The services described in this paragraph are not included in Basic Services, and they shall be paid for by the Owner as <br />provided in this Agreement, in addition to the compensation for Basic Services: <br />1. Making revisions in Drawings, Specifications or other documents when such revisions are: <br />a) Inconsistent with approvals or instructions previously given by the Owner. <br />2. Revisions in addition to the two Owner’s Adjustments indicated in the attached Schedule of Services and Fees. <br /> <br />III. Reimbursable Expenses: <br /> <br />A. In addition to compensation for Services, the Owner agrees to reimburse BHPA for all out of pocket costs <br />including but not limited to reproductions, freight and delivery, copies, plotting, travel expenses and any other <br />actual expenditures made in the interest of the project with a multiple of 1.2. (“Reimbursable Expenses”). <br /> <br />IV. Compensation: <br /> <br />A. For Basic Services, the Owner shall compensate BHPA at Fixed Fee of $22,640.00 as set forth in the <br />attached Schedule of Services and Fees if BHPA is to provide As-Built CADD drawings or 21,580 if the <br />Owner Provides As-Built CAD drawings. <br /> <br />C. For Additional Services as set forth in II above, the Owner shall compensate BHPA a fee based on an Hourly sum for <br />each hour of service rendered. Hourly fees are as follows: <br /> <br /> Principal Architect $ 205 Intern Architect II $ 95 <br /> Registered Architect I $ 170 Intern Architect III $ 85 <br /> Registered Architect II $ 150 Clerical $ 50 <br /> Intern Architect I $ 105 <br /> <br />I.
