(PDS) serves as the Design Criteria Package Topographic Surveyor <br />for the City of Opa-Locka and their Capital Improvement Plan, to bring water, wastewater and stormwater <br />improvements throughout the City. Survey work included the collection of all above ground features, <br />topographic elevation cross sections, research and placement of monument, Right of Way, Easement <br />and Center Lines, draft plats, and generate layered assets in AutoCAD software to represent field data <br />collected. <br />This project includes the topographic route surveys for over 200,000 LF of roadway to receive water and <br />sewer improvements as part of the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) throughout the City of Opa- <br />Locka, and requires PDS to complete all surveys with a very aggressive schedule, in order to meet <br />scheduled deadlines and limited funding. To meet the aggressive schedule, our crews utilize state of the <br />art, and the latest model of GPS rover and Data Collectors available in the market, to deliver high quality <br />data at high production speeds. <br /> <br />Premiere Design Solution’s role in the project is: <br /> <br /> Plat research and drafting for ROW verification. <br /> Field Data Collection with GPS units <br /> Open all Manholes and Catch Basins to provide client with invert pipe information <br /> Cross sectional elevations from ROW to ROW of roadway to generate topographic cross sections <br /> Prepare key map and citywide survey drawings <br /> Obtain topographic data of horizontal and vertical location of all above ground features <br /> Identified easements available in county property records <br /> Coordination between City, Engineering Consultant and Survey Field Crews <br /> <br />City of Opa-Locka <br />CIP Citywide Topographic Surveys <br />Opa-Locka, Florida <br /> <br />Previous ExperiencePremiere Design Solutions, Inc.
