<br />ADA Compliant Bus Stop Improvement, Town of Miami Lakes, FL - Mr. Olmo was filed data collector
<br />utilizing GPS and Digital Data collector and project CAD drafter for this project which included the filed data
<br />collection, topographic survey, scope determination and the generation of demolition, new construction, and
<br />maintenance of traffic plans. Project provided the client with the design for ADA improvements to 19 bus stops
<br />locations, new bus shelters, concrete pads, sidewalks and amenities. Project included the coordination with
<br />Town, Miami-Dade Transit, conduct underground utility investigations and permitting.

<br />Saint Agnes Residential Development Survey, City of Miami, FL – Mr. Olmo was the field crew leader on
<br />the field data collection of all above ground features along the perimeter of this residential development on a 10
<br />acre lot, for the installation of a perimeter fence. Mr. Olmo was responsible to collect lot corners, existing
<br />benchmarks, all above ground features and collect plat information to determine ROW and property lines.
<br />Project included boundary survey and a detailed survey of the entrance area for future development. Project
<br />was provided in state plane coordinates and NAVD 88 vertical datum.

<br />Alaqua Drainage Survey, City of Aventura, FL - Mr. Olmo was the crew field leader on the field data
<br />collection of all above ground features and underground drainage system information within the 5 acre lot of this
<br />residential high rise condominium building. Mr. Olmo was responsible to collect lot corners, existing
<br />benchmarks, all above ground features and collect plat information to determine ROW and property lines. In
<br />addition, Mr. Olmo was responsible to open all drainage structures, collect pictures, bottom elevation, invert
<br />elevation, pipe size material and direction and note general condition of drainage components. Project was
<br />provided in state plane coordinates and NAVD 88 vertical datum.

<br />Sidewalk Assessment and GIS Representation, City of Fort Lauderdale, Broward County – This project
<br />consisted in field data collection and assessment of the existing condition of all the existing sidewalks within
<br />the City of Fort Lauderdale, which consist of over 400 miles of sidewalks. Mr. Olmo was responsible for field
<br />data collection utilizing GPS devices that would later sync data collected with the GIS application developed
<br />for this project. Mr. Olmo assisted in the calculation of progress utilizing GIS tools build into the GIS system.

<br />FDOT District 4, Broward County Transit Bus Shelter Project, Broward County, Florida. This Design-
<br />Build project consists of providing ADA compliant bus shelters to 73 locations throughout the cities of Wilton
<br />Manors, Oakland Park and Pompano Beach, in Broward County. This project required the coordination
<br />between the design team consisting of civil engineers, structural engineers, electrical engineers, shelter
<br />manufacturer and our surveying team. Mr. Olmo assisted the field crew on this project by helping in the field
<br />data collection operation to be able to meet the strict schedule requirements set by the Design-Build Team.

<br />Water and Sewer Service Connection and Pump Station for Car Dealership, City of North Miami, FL –
<br />This project included the design of a new water and sewer connection for the development of a commercial
<br />site to house a new Car Dealership for Warren henry in North Miami, including the design of a new wastewater
<br />pump station rated at 65 gpm. Mr. Olmo conducted site verification services, including the location of above
<br />ground features, performed underground utility locations and recorded locations based on painted marking in
<br />the field. Mr. Olmo prepared CAD drawings depicting exiting conditions and proposed designs.

<br />Volume Determination Survey, Biscayne Landing, North Miami, FL. - Mr. Olmo has assisted as field data
<br />collector and has participated in the generation of CAD drawings for the collection of elevations required for
<br />the calculation of stock pile and lakes volumes within the boundaries of a mixed used development project
<br />currently under construction in North Miami known as Biscayne Landing. Project includes the collection of field
<br />data, location of benchmarks, generation of contours and volume calculations.

<br />NE 10th Street & NE 7th Avenue Improvements in Dania Beach, FL. Project consists of extension of NE
<br />10th Street to the east to intersect with NE 7th Avenue and reconstruction of NE 7th Avenue from this
<br />intersection to the north to the intersection of Taylor Road. Project proposed water and sewer improvements
<br />along these roadway corridors. Tasks included topographic surveys, design of Civil plans, Utility coordination
<br />and worked with Broward County Environmental Regulation Division, Broward County Health Department and
<br />City of Dania Beach for Project permitting. Mr. Olmo was responsible for generation of As-Built drawings for
<br />water and sewer utilities on this project.
