Her responsibilities
include project strategy coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and
regulatory agencies for securing environmental permits. She specifically manages
projects involving coastal and environmental permit applications, among other
specialized regulatory requirements at the local, county, state, and federal levels.
Taylor has an in-depth understanding of the regulations and procedures governing
coastal/waterfront construction and has established relationships with key
regulatory agency personnel. She has an extensive knowledge of coastal zone
management in the U.S. Her areas of focus include coastal and waterfront site
development, specifically project feasibility, conceptual design, and permitting
strategy.

Taylor has studied the physical and economic impacts of sea level rise and tropical
storms of increasing intensity in Florida communities. Through an understanding of
the budgetary restrictions of local municipalities, Taylor is instrumental in setting
strategic thinking with an economic basis to assist municipalities in the prioritization
of funding resources. She has proven experience in successfully applying and obtaining
grant funding for resilient design projects in South Florida.
BBaayysshhoorree PPaarrkk,, MMiiaammii BBeeaacchh
Providing site civil engineering and
environmental permitting services for
proposed 20-acre park comprised of lake,
walking trails, boardwalks and
promenade.
