Working closely with feedback and necessities from the Miccosukee Tribe Council members, BEA is currently making improvements and renovations to the existing Banquet Hall and Club House located in Miami, FL. With the purpose of creating a modern appeal for the Banquet Hall, BEA has provided construction drawings for all new finishes, windows, and façade upgrades, along with an entirely new gable roof design featuring central structural truss system. With the new interior design, the Banquet Hall will have more to host space for multiple events at the same time. <br />The renovations of the Clubhouse also include designing a modern appeal to the building by renovating and re-purposing the existing roof structure and exterior walls, while applying new façade and envelope systems. The new design will include amenities of continuing customers, such as a new Pro Shop, fitness center and locker rooms. The exterior design will feature the introduction of golf cart housing with a canopy to provide shelter for existing driving range positions, as well as two private driving positions for instruction lessons. Connecting the two buildings, BEA has also provided designs and construction drawings to replace the existing covered walkway with a plaza that will feature a new, modern drop off and canopy, anchored by a central fountain feature its design is inspired by the emblem of the Miccosukee Tribe. Through these renovations, the Miccosukee Tribe emphasizes on creating a more welcoming guest and customer experience. BEA anticipates a completion date of December 2020.
