Our cost estimators
thoroughly review contract plans, collaborate with engineers, collect and analyze data and production processes to ensure all estimate
are complete and accurate. Accurately estimating the costs of construction is vital to tracking and forecasting municipal funds. The goal
is to produce accurate and complete construction plans for contract Lettings that eliminate time and cost impacts during construction.

As outline in section D, at CE we strive to find innovative ways to assist our Client. Utility coordination is often a curtail component that
impact both time and cost of any construction project. Therefore, we have developed our own Automatic Utility Conflict Identification
(AUCI) program, whose benefits are proudly offered to The City of Sunny Isles Beach. At times utilities are seldom depicted on plan
components which may lead to overlooking significant conflicts. By combining experience and contemporary technology, we have
developed a groundbreaking AUCI solution to these challenges. Designer CAD files are imported to Geographic Information System
(GIS), and the tools within the software used to highlight areas where construction overlaps utilities. The program removes the challenges
involved in the accurate and thorough identification of utility conflicts in construction plans as all 2-D potential utility conflicts are quickly
identified. Our Team will pay close attention to all locations where underground work is proposed to identify any potential conflict with
underground and/or overhead utilities. If a conflict is flagged by the program, our Team will proactively discuss the findings with the
client and respective utility owners to find a solution that will resolve the issue and mitigate any delay.

In addition to the information provided above, please see attached Resumes showing each Team member’s experience. The similar
Projects listed include coordination with utility companies, utility relocations, coordination with permitting agencies, roadway
reconstruction, landscaping / irrigation, structural concrete, lighting, and ADA ramps.
