Responsibilities included supervising inspection staff in the application of Department Procedures and <br />Standards, monitoring field testing and results, preparing Supplemental Agreements and Work Orders required for implementing contract changes, working with the Engineer <br />of Record to coordinate design changes and plan revisions, reviewing and analyzing construction claims to determine entitlement. Estimated completion Spring 2021. <br />Project Manager. - Miami, Florida Project Managment 2017-2019 <br />Construction Project Manager for the proposed $220 million Design/Build projects to improve capacity and operation, add ramp lanes and incorporate <br />managed lanes on 11 miles of the HEFT. Current duties include developing and reviewing Request for Proposals (RFP), constructability analysis of the <br />different projects, determining tolling concept locations, creating a tolling implementation plan and defining critical project milestones for the Design/Build <br />schedules. This 4 million project consists of primarily milling and resurfacing SR 90 / US 41/ <br />Tamiami Trail from 11.8 Miles West of Krome Avenue (MP 13.868) to West of Loop RD (MP 3.926), guardrail resetting, turnout construction and rehabilitation of existing bridge <br />deck expansion joint on four (4) existing bridges located within the project limits.
